With a combination of over 35 years experience supplying material to the thermoforming industry IPS are able to assist our customers get the right product for any application.
We can supply a wide range of thermoformable sheet, including
sanitary grade acrylic
, ABS, Acrylic capped ABS, HIPS, Polycarbonate, Polyethylene, and Polypropylene. Many of these product lines having several variants including, UV resistance, surface finish, High or low impact resistance, including a wide range of colours.
We can optimize your product to be cut, routered or guillotined to ensure the perfect finish, minimize waste and increase profitability.

Acrylic

General purpose (GP) Acrylic is available in many thicknesses, sheet sizes, colours and finishes. Although only limited regarding thermoforming, it is widely used in fabrication.

Sanitary Grade Easy Form Acrylic is available in both cell cast & continuous cast forms. It comprises of characteristics such as high gloss, increased chemical resistance & high impact resistance. EF acrylic is suitable for the vacuum forming of baths, showers & vanities.

ABS/PMMA

Acrylic-capped ABS is a co-extruded material that combines the normal ABS characteristics of impact strength and durability with those of PMMA including scratch resistance, aesthetics, and, if necessary, weather ability. Acrylic-capped ABS is easily thermoformed and machined, and is predominantly used in the manufacture of bathroom ware.

Acrylic-capped ABS – UV OUTDOOR GRADE  is a co-extruded material that combines the normal ABS characteristics of impact strength and durability with those of PMMA Including scratch resistance, aesthetics, and, if necessary, weather ability. Acrylic-capped ABS is easily thermoformed and machined, and is also great for printing. Available in solid or metallic colours this grade is predominantly used in signage, auto or gaming machine applications.

ABS

ACRYLONITRILE BUTADIENE STYRENE (ABS) is an extruded thermoplastic sheet with excellent rigidity, toughness, impact resistance and thermoforming qualities. These characteristics make it perfect for a large range of areas from the automotive industry to point of sale display items.

HIPS

High impact Polystyrene (HIPS) is an extruded sheet which is great anywhere high impact strength is required. HIPS is also easily machined and thermoformed.
PE

POLYETHYLENE is more widely used today than any other thermoplastic. It is available in a number of different grades, High Density (HDPE), Low Density (LDPE), and High Molecular Weight (HMWPE). There is also a range of co-extruded Polyethylene with different properties. We can help you select the appropriate material to comply with your needs.
PP

POLYPROPYLENE is an economical material that offers a combination of outstanding physical, chemical, mechanical, thermal and electrical properties compared to low or high density polyethylene. It has lower impact strength, but superior working temperature and tensile strength. Polypropylene possesses excellent resistance to organic solvents, degreasing agents and electrolytic attack. It is a tough, lightweight, heat resistant, easily thermoformed material. Sheet polypropylene, used as paneling retains its rigidity and flatness at high ambient temperatures.
