Acrylic

General purpose (GP) Acrylic is available in many thicknesses, sheet sizes, colours and finishes. Although only limited regarding thermoforming, it is widely used in fabrication.

Sanitary Grade Easy Form Acrylic is available in both cell cast & continuous cast forms. It comprises of characteristics such as high gloss, increased chemical resistance & high impact resistance. EF acrylic is suitable for the vacuum forming of baths, showers & vanities.

ABS/PMMA

Acrylic-capped ABS is a co-extruded material that combines the normal ABS characteristics of impact strength and durability with those of PMMA including scratch resistance, aesthetics, and, if necessary, weather ability. Acrylic-capped ABS is easily thermoformed and machined, and is predominantly used in the manufacture of bathroom ware.

Acrylic-capped ABS – UV OUTDOOR GRADE  is a co-extruded material that combines the normal ABS characteristics of impact strength and durability with those of PMMA Including scratch resistance, aesthetics, and, if necessary, weather ability. Acrylic-capped ABS is easily thermoformed and machined, and is also great for printing. Available in solid or metallic colours this grade is predominantly used in signage, auto or gaming machine applications.

ABS

ACRYLONITRILE BUTADIENE STYRENE (ABS) is an extruded thermoplastic sheet with excellent rigidity, toughness, impact resistance and thermoforming qualities. These characteristics make it perfect for a large range of areas from the automotive industry to point of sale display items.

HIPS

High impact Polystyrene (HIPS) is an extruded sheet which is great anywhere high impact strength is required. HIPS is also easily machined and thermoformed.
PE

POLYETHYLENE is more widely used today than any other thermoplastic. It is available in a number of different grades, High Density (HDPE), Low Density (LDPE), and High Molecular Weight (HMWPE). There is also a range of co-extruded Polyethylene with different properties. We can help you select the appropriate material to comply with your needs.

PP

POLYPROPYLENE is an economical material that offers a combination of outstanding physical, chemical, mechanical, thermal and electrical properties compared to low or high density polyethylene. It has lower impact strength, but superior working temperature and tensile strength. Polypropylene possesses excellent resistance to organic solvents, degreasing agents and electrolytic attack. It is a tough, lightweight, heat resistant, easily thermoformed material. Sheet polypropylene, used as paneling retains its rigidity and flatness at high ambient temperatures.
MAKROCLEAR®

MAKROCLEAR®‚ is an extruded high quality transparent polycarbonate sheet. It has superior impact strength at half the weight of glass. MAKROCLEAR® has more than twice the impact strength of PETG and more than 10 times the impact strength of high impact PMMA.

MAKROLIFE®

MAKROLIFE® is an outstanding co-extruded polycarbonate sheet with a highly protective UV-absorber on both sides. In MAKROLIFE® the high impact strength of polycarbonate has been combined with extra protection against UV-radiation and yellowing, which makes it appropriate for applications where glass is used today.

MAKROCLEAR®FR

MAKROCLEAR® FR is an extruded polycarbonate sheet with excellent fire behavior. It is the material of choice for applications with high demands of performance and safety. It contains the latest halogen free* flame retardant additives (* according to DIN VDE 472 part 815). Sawing and forming can be performed by using the same methods as for standard polycarbonate.

MAKROCLEAR®FA

MAKROCLEAR® FA is an extruded polycarbonate sheet made from a special resin complying with food contact regulations governed by the US Food and Drug Administration and EC Directive. Sawing and forming can be performed by using the same methods as for standard polycarbonate.

SAPHIR™

SAPHIR™ is a hard-coated extruded polycarbonate sheet, glass like in appearance. In SAPHIR™ we have combined high impact strength with the additional qualities of improved weather and chemical resistance as well as high protection against abrasion.

ANTI-REFLEX™

ANTI-REFLEX™ is an extruded polycarbonate with an anti-reflective surface. On one side ANTI- REFLEX™ has a fine texture, which prevents glare and gives a matt finish. The other side has a smooth finish. ANTI- REFLEX™ has a good formability and is as easy to thermoform as standard polycarbonate.

ICE™

ICE™ UV – is an extruded polycarbonate sheet with an ”ice” grain on one side and a smooth surface on the other side. The ”ice” grain gives a nice light diffusion with its structural appearance. As standard we have put on UV protection on the sheet but it can of course also be ordered without UV protection.

LaminaeX

The innovative composite panel. To meet the increasing requirements of high stability, high stiffness and low weight, the LaminaeX sandwich panel was created. A structural sandwich is a layered construction formed by bonding two thin facings (glasmat-reinforced plastic or aluminium) with a thick core.

Glass

Toughened Safety Glass is designed for use in commercial and domestic markets. Unmatched strength, safety, versatility and resistance to thermal stress. It is up to 5 times the strength of ordinary glass.
